Hi, I’m Julia and I am founder of JuliaMCoaching Ltd. Building on 30 years of experience working in the NHS I have helped 100s of women reclaim their life in perimenopause.

My mission is simple: to help perimenopasusal women feel great, confident, strong and healthy in this stage of life.

I am a Registered Dietitian, HCPC Registered, Level 3 Personal Trainer, Associate Certified Coach with International Coaching Federation, Quality Improvement Advisor and Trainer.

I have also completed The female body - menopause course with Well UK.

I am skilled and experienced to support individuals, groups and businesses to do menopause well.
